Paying for Treatment Is Easy

 

 

  • If insurance covers your visit, you make a          co-pay just like when you visit the doctor.
  • If you’re uninsured, or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, most visits are affordable ($49-$79   for a simple problem-focused visit).
  • We accept cash, credit or debit cards and personal checks.
  • Payment is due at time of service!

    Quality Care Starts With Solid Communication

    At Affordable Family Health Care, we believe that everyone should have a medical home. A medical home is where your primary care provider practices and your full health care history is located.

    If you don't have a medical home, we'll gladly be your primary care provider. Since we keep all of your visit information in one place, we can answer any questions any other provider may have about your treatment.

    But in today’s world, sometimes you need medical care that fits your busy schedule. That’s when coming to us also makes sense. You can count on us to work with your primary care provider, if necessary, for follow-up care.
